• Nitta Moore Company was jointly incorporated by Nitta and the US company Samuel Moore in 1967 to manufacture and sell hydraulic and pneumatic hoses and tubes.
  
• Nitta acquired all issued share capital of the joint venture company in 1988. Since then, Nitta Moore has been Nitta's wholly owned subsidiary.
